Preventative Maintenance Program
We can all use a little extra money these days and joining our preventative maintenance program will allow you to save money and time. By joining the preventative maintenance program, you will get a discount on your yearly preventative maintenance visits. This agreement will consist of two visits per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Each visit will only last about an hour.
The spring visit will prepare you for the summer to possibly prevent you from being left without your air conditioner during the hot summer temperatures.
The fall visit will include an inspection of your heating unit to try to catch any problems that may cause your heater to stop working during the cold winter months.
Both visits will include cleaning your units in an effort to prevent problems from occurring. If a problem does occur, you will receive a 10% discount on repair costs. Preventative maintenance visits have also been known to maintain low electric bills. These seasonal preventative maintenace visits can help long term reliable use of your heating and AC unit.
